今天原本7點要起床打算8點前到北大校區,開始展開今天的功課,後來又賴床一直到8點才起床(因昨天參加小買新居落成餐會,回到家已經12點了),還好今天天氣不熱,跑起來還算舒服,今天原本應該回故鄉雲林跑北港馬因報了名忘了匯款,所以無法參加只好自己練跑,雖然沒有跑1個全馬,不過至少有把自己設定的目標30K達成.
