一個不成功變成仁的概念
認清自己、面對缺點,我想這樣才可以知道自己缺什麼。
於是賽前就決定以這樣配速,一個必死無疑的跑法來去參賽。
這幾個月來跑量極低,30k以上的訓練少之又少,加上沒任何先天條件優勢,真的要達標,機率真的很低。
賽前幾次模擬跑和軟體估算,也都顯示無法成功,所以更決定如此,當作一個學習改進的機會。
目前比賽告一段落,下回訓練好有把握了再參賽。
