不過錯就錯在我太假掰
沒有在大稻埕吃點東西當補給
導致我跑到自來水園區整個已經恍神到不行
只好中止這一次的訓練
可惜了
左腳跑長途還是會覺得有點刺痛感
很令人困擾的毛病阿!!!!
