耐力和配速一直是弱項,期待今天的LSD對這星期六南橫的賽事有所幫助。也感謝十八尖山的前輩陪跑和經驗分享,跑步速度開始不要太快,(前輩說我前面速度太快很容易爆,應該要以8~9km/hr會比較保險)每次30K就會撞牆,回到終點很痛苦。現在很開心也有點小緊張,星期六的賽事即將到來,我會盡力完成的。
