7點開跑時天氣陰涼,過赤崁頂後太陽出來,導致體力過度流失,且未帶運動飲料
直至27k國姓萊爾富才補充紅豆麵包、咖啡
回程至34k處就有大腿抽筋現象,此補充運動飲料已太晚
便走走跑跑,39k赤崁頂後連下坡跑都有抽筋的痛感,只好請小妹來收人
所以殘念還是得怪自己沒把補給工作做好
