第五十四馬來到了沒去過的太平山
前一晚從台南客戶離開到家已經01:00,只好馬上洗澡、整理跑裝、買了簡單的早餐就去搭03:00在台北車站的接駁車,接駁車開到太平山森林遊樂區大約05:30,於是這2.5小時的車程就剛好為我的睡眠時間😂😂😂
這邊的山景原來也這樣正點,可惜沒用手機拍下留念,至少用腦海好好記住吧💕
五月跑量41.5KM,騎量42.57KM,創下目前為止最低跑量👏👏👏難怪會胖9.6公斤、體脂+10%,免練組代表現在跑一場比賽都可以抵月跑量,只有個慘字可形容了😭😭😭
