害怕膝蓋傷複發,原本就打算以6分速完賽為目標。但跑量訓練不足,肌耐力不夠,還是鐵腿當了步兵。還好擔心的傷沒複發,不錯的賽事,去年跑超半馬,今年全馬,真的有差,後半馬的補給與民眾的熱情差很大.
