跟大頭安平繞繞
一早到林默娘,昨天的府城超馬剛結束,一早爬不起來;後來去場地,遇上六小時組的在頒獎,巧遇萌萌剛參加完半夜組(6小時),超馬真是讓人熱血..
繞了漁光島一下接著在橋上跑來跑去(又遇到胡老師撞衫..😁😁😁)
感覺跑橋訓練效果不錯,下次來這邊練習好了^^
