第9半馬/第15賽事,29K日月潭環湖超半馬到手!
訓練不夠、狀況不佳,跑到18K處就開始抽筋無法再加速,而最後3K連續上坡吃不消,直到最後1K眼看破3無望就不想再繼續虐腳了,只好開始當步兵,一路走回終點!
賽前宣言: 29K超半馬
賽後評分: 風景優、補給不錯,但各組別起跑間距過短,流動廁所大排長龍,等了10幾分鐘,一直到嗚槍了我人還在寄物區,而快速跑到起跑點時人群又還沒散開,白白浪費了3分多鐘!
