第一次來跑國際賽,也是加量不加價,這是今年第一場全馬,也是最後一場賽事。雖然左大腿拉傷一年多沒有好轉,但經過四場半馬的代訓後,還是跑出可以接受成績。
原本想要以03:03的時間完賽,但天不從人最後的3公里左腳還是大抽筋,最後還是只能慢慢跑回來完賽了。
對今年的成績我很滿意,我也知道自己程度還可以進步,所以明年再來挑戰吧!
