| 賽前有股似有若無的莫名不安感,似乎預告不可任意輕視任何一場賽事。
入冬清晨4:30出發,天色未亮氣溫有點寒冷,剛開始用6分速跑在193縣道上感覺很舒服。不知不覺中就到瑞穗19K補給站,在沒多久就右轉入瑞港公路,沿途欣賞秀姑巒溪及山脈美景,雖是山路上上下下,但還不是太難跑。5個半小時就到50K的中點站-長虹橋,休息享用花蓮綠蠵龜豐富的補給-芋頭鹹稀飯,心想12小時內應該就能完賽吧!
剩下的濱海(台11)線有30K,看似輕鬆的平路,別人跑的輕鬆,對赤足可是狀況多多。跑沒多久就知道糟糕,強風烈陽,粗糙路面,路旁盡是會掂人的細小尖石子,回憶起前年橫台天祥~太魯閣那段10K赤足跑馬以來的難忘的練心磨志的歷練。但台11線這段路程有30K要跑,只能找路旁白線或自行車道漫步前進。
中午又熱路又難跑,好不容易跑走到64K補給站喝了消暑的”美如”補充水後,出發沒多有人在路旁加油,前面又有跑者經過,有2隻狗無聲的從你面前經過,不以為意,怎知有一隻竟從背後咬過來,褲子都被撕開。
還好有帶醫護包用碘酒與棉花棒先處理,再跑一段距離又遇到一隻直奔狂吠的狗從民房衝出來要攻擊,~心想~老天開什麼玩笑啊!趕快脫下背包擋下,只能用拳頭擊退惡犬。
福無雙至,禍不單行。跑玉長公路時還遇到整條馬路在道路施工,剛舖壓好會冒煙的柏油路面,看了真的很傻眼。只能提氣衝過去,跑過後趕快清理腳底黏的柏油細石,經過玉長隧道時,跟太魯閣隧道一樣,像是鬼擋牆一般跑很久才掙脫。
還好出隧道後開始下起小雨,終於否極泰來,在路旁商店補了啤酒後又喝了花蓮綠蠵龜在最後10K補給2碗熱的地瓜薑湯後,精神體力都來了,終於能與幾位跑友一起順跑回終點。
