早上多睡到六點加上第一次穿上Energy Boost 練跑,今早狀況超棒的,溫度又舒服,沒想到都破了個人5K及10K的最佳記錄,穿上新鞋真的有彈力十足的FU,跑過5K後還不覺得累,7K後配速才慢慢掉到近六分速,如果不是要趕上班,應該可以跑個15K,太馬倒數兩週,目標天天至少10K,GO!
