果然還是練不夠,第二圈幾乎走的比跑的還要多,而且左腳隱隱約約有抽筋的FU,還好沒發作,不然就跑不完了。
此次有幾件事值得一提
1.跑友都很熱情,看到初馬參賽者都會熱情打氣加油,讓我們有繼續撐下去的動力。
2.感謝光華慢跑的一位大哥,從出發就一直跟他後面跑,到了第一圈後半段就沒看到,直到第二圈在運河時又碰到了,剛好我已經撞牆在走路了,他也好心陪我走一段,真甘心。
3.感謝PTT路跑社提供初馬氣球,就如身上有著眾人滿滿的祝福。
希望能持續加強訓練,才不會到的後半段沒力跑了,第一次總是狀況連連,期望持續改善,加油了。
