拜天氣所賜,久違的SUB5,但....應該要更好才是!
全程下雨、飄雨,氣溫適宜跑步,想必今天大家都跑出好成績了。
補給很普通到想哭,運動飲料也未免加水加太多了吧~有幾個站還是沒有運動飲料的,但總共也才五個站啊!還包括會場一個、路線很單調,海山馬也是這條路線,但海山馬一趟延伸比較遠,今天來回跑兩趟。
