今天天氣很適合跑步…早早就到會場準備,雖然冷但出發前3分鐘就把雨衣先脫了!起跑後.有先照著比體感快一點點的速度巡航,所以很幸運的半馬跟30K都有PB, 但本來預計的330,也在37K抽筋後破滅…被追過後就完全放棄..只想順順跑完就好!
