過去幾年苗栗辦的馬拉松都出鎚,去年星光馬也是里程短少不被承認,但今年大腳ㄚ這場真的辦的不錯喔!
午後陣雨後氣溫降了不少,有利於路跑,且持續的飄雨,天時!今年的路線安排不錯,兩座光雕陸橋都有經過,特別還在土樓前折返,安排有心~
補給上真的很充足,而且沒有先撤補給站,每個補給站都是雙面設站,人力充足,水、運動飲料、沙士、可樂、維他露P喝透海的,西瓜好吃、並且相當充足,我跑後半段班,所有的補給都還是滿滿的在桌上任跑友取用,只有讚可以形容~
但是開學的第一馬,成績慘不忍賭,胖了、跑量也少,怎可能有像樣的成績呢?徹底檢討!
賽後評分: 我會給五星,體育場動線規劃不錯,準時起跑,而且全程封路享有絕對的路權,跑的安心,補給充足、路線安排細膩、志工人數多也很熱心,今年整體表現都很優!
