新竹陳詩詩 不敢上鎮西堡
丟了公益賽網頁給老公
"跑一圈捐30耶~~是不是超好的!!而且才在竹北而以"
"跑不下去溜回家睡覺就好了XD~又不用半夜出門車上睡覺"
當然跑完這場~隔天原本預定要跑的護牙杯就棄賽了
第一次參加12小時賽,也是第一次跑50K以上的比賽
先忽略吃圈圈不是很好吃不是很好玩
我就只是想知道自己可以跑到幾公里
或者是超過幾公里身體上的變化到底是怎樣的
月跑量不夠,目標80K!!
順順跑~達標給自己拍拍手
多跑的可以做公益~真好!!
睡飽喝足~到竹北體育場
跑量不足就12小時再補回來吧..
果然天時地利人和
沒有太陽~沒有很冷~濕氣也不重
繞圈一直看到跑友~互相加油
補給也很齊全~電解質碇很適合我消化慢的胃
繞圈看著舞台表演~跟著舞台唱歌
很歡樂!!
一個標馬~兩個標馬~時間很快就過去了~~
自己也很意外身體一直沒有疲倦的狀況~
老公有認真的幫我補給~噴肌樂
繞圈圈就讓人想到
不愛運動的自己大學第一次面對操場
想說~不開心!我來繞圈圈順便減肥好了
從3圈開始練~到5圈~到20圈
跑到最後~就覺得自己好像長出了翅膀
我想我今天應該是飛到很HIGH了吧
88公里後身體漸漸有虛脫的感覺
畢竟都跑這麼多了~~~
只要再堅持一下100K耶
對我來說的天文數字!!
不堅持怎麼可以呢?!

然後跑完了~手錶106.77
