今天非常熱,但下星期就要跑百k,所以下午請個假來跑,下午3點還是非常熱,一開始跑就有點累了,其怪芳奇怎可以從12點開始跑,看看時間,應該無法到kimi家,還是自主練習一下,目標半馬以上...趕著六點回到家所以最多也只能跑25k...但跑到社子橋回頭,天氣開始變涼,但腳竟然會腿軟,真是練習不足,腳還是有點痛...下星期的賽事,真的只能自求多福了...
