台南秋季馬拉松,沿途上下坡不斷,是蠻有挑戰的ㄧ場。個人最怕下坡,跑起來特別麻煩,每遇下坡速度必放慢到7-8分速
照原定計畫,帶著手機跑,遇到有趣的就拍,看到好吃的就吃。
33k之後也體驗到全馬半馬分水嶺,腳步變沈重了,但儘管往前就是,因為終點已經不遠。
