腳踝在第二圈時慢慢開始出現痛感,過30公里之後開始偶爾走點路舒緩一下(不過沒什麼用)

今天難得到36才開始有大腿準備抽筋的感覺,之前最長是約33公里不抽筋,這次又更進步了,而有感覺時就走一段,再跑一段。這樣的方法蠻管用的,就讓我撐回終點。

如果腳踝沒傷,說不定就破自己的最佳了。受傷三個月,還在無解中...後面的賽事又是硬戰了...
