可能是天氣熱的關係,整天都昏沈沈的,跑步也有點提不起勁。強迫自己來到操場,還好今天人多不會無聊。而且現在以累積里程為主要目標,不用在乎速度,跑起來比較沒有壓力。甚至會覺得「跑操場模式」每圈報時有點吵,打擾我聽廣播的興致;而且跑的慢,累積圈數也慢,想到還有好幾十圈要跑,意志就更消沈了。
其實腳步會沈重還有個原因--就是我今天穿卡其長褲~真是屋漏偏逢連夜雨。早早就想收工走人了,可是想到之前也都跑到13K,現在目標更遠了,更不能偷懶,只好認命繼續跑,就當作今天來耐熱訓練的吧~
