第11馬...賽前20分鐘熱身時,發生了慘事!閃到腰!都已經箭在弦上了,還發生這種鳥事!只好硬著頭皮上了,果不其然,才拖到3k,腰就感覺快斷了,跑步的重心ㄧ旦出了問題,就準備收拾殘局吧!不想棄賽的前提下,就只好整個放慢速度,慢慢跑!吃補給!42k跑下來估計吃了有一顆小玉西瓜、滷牛肉5-6片、雞湯3碗、各式飲品數十杯、起司蛋糕6片、意仁湯3碗、牛肉飯團2顆、各式水果、、我終於把前十馬沒吃到的補給給一次補回來了!回到終點時,雖然腰部疼痛難耐,但我的肚子可是裝的滿足滿足的!在這要特別感謝主辦單位豐原慢跑,這場比賽辦的100分!特別是超澎湃的補給,可以讓我們這些爆掉的跑者回到終點時,沒有一絲一毫遺憾!也謝謝于暄不離不棄! — 覺得爛斃了~
