在金門馬完成第一階段目標後,再來就是期末考萬金石了。在剩下8周的時間說真的要突破3小時應該不太可能,不過還是想衝衝看。訓練上就分兩階段,第一階段前4週間歇為主,持續加大心肺能力,第二階段以Tempo Run跟MP為主,維持比賽速耐力。希望有不錯的效果~
