果然證明馬拉松只有累積沒有奇蹟,月跑量100k在全馬後半程掉速得厲害,27k開始有抽筋現象,只能跑走交替,最後2k開始大抽筋也只能龜速進終點,全程交管跑起來很順暢,至於要不要再多花時間練習以後再去思考
