完成半程摸到折返點-棄賽
40k泰崗點很多人降80k組
我降了也沒用-因為回不去
(走也沒辦法走了)
止痛藥只能減低疼痛-而且藥效一下就沒了😭
謝謝大家的關心-要停跑一陣子養傷了😓
下次記得跑上來也要跑下去
因為坐回收車下山暈車更痛苦😩
