| 前半段雖有控制在5分半,但自己知道狀況其實沒有很好!其實應該就要降速的😩!只是想撐ㄧ下看能撐到幾k,在28K守不住了!
後半段乾脆降速跑了!結果就在35K,竟然左大腿竟然小抽筋,還好有即時處理!
真的快ㄧ年沒跑全馬,最後10K好磨心!有幾k完全是獨自跑!只能說速耐力還要加強!最後竟然因女生全馬參加的人太少,撿了個分二!但成績真的很差強人意⋯⋯
