哈哈哈~ 竟然在半夜裡偷偷的跑完了! 6.5(基5)觀山疏散門~4.0成美公園折回三趟,6.5(基5)觀山疏散門~觀山段一圈約5KM,後補足21KM。 此次每5KM喝水再繼續,本來是設定18KM的,到了16.5KM應該是第四趟1.5KM該折回的,但覺得還可以,就決定延長到底再折回! 今天一樣以水門為界,向左及向右各5KM共四次! 跑第四趟的時候覺得膝蓋及肌肉部分都還好,沒有打結或抽筋的現象,但是明顯腳步加重了! 加上休息大約2小時15分多。 信心有了!
