端午連假第一天,來個LSD,身體的感覺還不錯,打算以7分速慢慢完成,還好今天早上天氣及氣溫不錯,很適合跑步。跑完後發現左腳拇指外翻的關節有點不舒服,得好好觀察一下,不知是不是休太久,連跑兩天有點過度使用所致,明天再注意看看。
