沒跑過葫蘆墩...不知道是人太多還是會場太小
到了會場發現人山人海 原來是有點大拜拜的場次啊Orz...
因為前幾天把手錶重置 頁面資訊竟然沒設好─。─....習慣看的瞬時配速變成時速了...算數沒很好的我無法在跑步時還換算時速和配速 囧 所以一路上沒什麼在管錶上的數字
今天沒什麼逼迫自己 其實覺得里程過的算快 是熱但還能接受 只有後面在工業區那邊繞來繞去看到對面橫的道路也有人 很想short cut
被追過就被追過的概念 毫無反擊能力啊 呵呵
30K附近的隧道頗長覺得接近2K 但裡面好涼滿好跑的 在裡面好像短暫的復活了XD
黑到翻過去 夏日背心出現了QQ 只有更黑沒有最黑
回家後敷了一整天的蘆薈加上晚安面膜 嗚嗚
