第三回跑豐慢的主場賽事,路線非常熟悉,去年前10K開得太快,導致中段失速。上週四團練時問簡教練,在吃課表的同時,可否將已報名的賽事當作LSD練習(基礎有氧訓練),雖然我們異口同聲都說很困難,因為我們都是一聽到槍聲就會奮力往前衝,後段很容易爆掉。話雖如此,但還有想測試看看以四小時完賽為目標,全程均速方式來配速,如遇上波以心律不飆高降速為原則,四十公里後,以Pickup的方式慢慢加速回終點。看以這樣的方式能不能在炎熱的夏季出賽,可否維持好的訓練質量。
這場下來看一下紀錄,有確實去維持配速策略,扣除二十幾公里區間再補充能量外,其餘都維持住E-M配速區間,尤其30-40K區段以往會撞牆也沒有發生,甚至40K還有餘力加速回終點,尤其賽後的下午跟隔天雙腳完全無任疲累痠痛。這回以賽代訓的策略相當成功,接下來會以這樣的方式多進行幾次比賽看看,希望明年初能再次順利破PB!
