有點雨涼涼的,照理很好跑的天氣,但是一來練不足,二來有強大的逆風,讓體力在頂著強逆風時流失,來到順風時已沒有力氣了,這從第一段去程速度不錯,而第一回程速度更快,而所有力氣放在第二去程,而最後就回天乏術了!
忘了第幾次跑國道了,賽前練習不多,二個禮拜只跑60k,這不是以前的我,可想今天應是狀況不好的一天,所以今天的策略是配速在345左右,分速是5:15。快起跑時一陣陣的雨讓大家都躱了起來,六點準時起跑,配著5:15的速度,但是卻愈跑愈快,而心率沒有超過150,就索性跟著心率吧!53分半到折返點,回程大順風50分半就回到起點,里程剛好是21k。這時花了1小時46分半左右,再來半馬2小時以內就達標了,而這時才是苦難的開始,大逆風加上練不足體力下滑,真是生不如死,想停下來又看到菁英選們沒有一個人在走路,壓力是是很大,咬牙苦撐到最後折返點,苦難沒有結束,因為雖然是順風了,但是完全沒力氣了,腿也酸了只能慢慢撐回終點,而這時每個里程都來得很慢,看到終點有種解脫的感覺!
這次並沒有調整狀況就上場,讓自己在場上受苦真是活該,以往如練得夠,調整得宜,要配5:15真是易如反掌,輕鬆寫意,但是沒練就是這樣!
