這場是我2月底復健連續跑的第五場....
這下速度提不上來....下週還有萬金石😨
真的報太多了!早上4:00出門下午1:30回家...老媽一直唸唸唸...瘦哪麼多..都沒有肉..這場賽事我的評價..整體而言4.5顆星星..不可以給太高...
全馬跑出來後面接10K挑戰組...10K第一個轉彎標示很小,結果一群領先群都往前跑發現再折回...如果跑10K我不就可以撿到便宜...不要做夢...我跑全馬...一開始就來個爬山之旅..下來再是來一個環潭之旅...鯉魚潭..爬山路上又跑到阿勇&刺客下坡果然是凸台常勝軍..快下山再看到mint~思思應該是要叫妹妹~~恭禧又上凸台..當然刺客嫂也是恭喜上凸台
環潭後~叫我們聞雞寮~看主仙!還跑過香菇寮,中台禪寺真是讓人無法接受因為又是爬坡~~整路吃太多了!
最後兩站才出現啤酒~~~看看手錶~~保五還有機會~~~最後加速跑一下~~~入終點大大的時間出現5字頭...可霧!!時間是05:00:44
回來列印成績4:59...真的給他有爽...
再次證明了山路我不內行..
期待下一場的感覺...
這下腳有點酸.....休息....
