| 總算把它吃下來了~南橫120K
還沒跑之前這個月只跑過兩天(舊筏灣、夜跑)合計不到五十,加上這星期身體怪怪的有點痛,想說跑多少算多少....,這也是我第一次跑長距離沒什麼信心可言,在開跑前跟主任拿了兩顆止痛藥來撐看看(賽前叫阿勇幫我備著),心裏有個底~沒什麼狀況就拚個13h以內回來,至少天黑前要回來!
去年的經驗告訴我前半場千萬不要爆衝,所以開賽我就抓的很保守,初來橋結束前都押在5:40左右前進就好,遇到很長的上坡就用跑走戰術推上去,果真ㄧ路都滿順利ㄉ,上摩天前都不會累(可能走太大了),下坡回程就開始衝下山,一樣回天龍前的爬坡我還是用跑走戰術,回到海端國小是120k折返的開始,今年很多人都在這裡放棄直接回程,回程這一段路要回到新武橋那作最後折返,這段路真的是練心啊⋯⋯,累就算了還很熱~無言!好加在撐完這段路到新武橋後開始最後折返,剩不到十六公里左右了吧,告訴自己可以開始爆炸了,一路回程幾乎平均六分速把剩下路程吃下來,回程剩不到十k左右打給老婆說我五點前回得去唷,叫她可以回來關山國小跟兒子在終點等我了,回程剩不到三k時小腿感覺有抽一下,想說快到了忍一下就過了,結果到最後要轉進關山國小的路口剩五百公尺左右給我小腿大抽,停下來按摩ㄧ下小腿後繼續前往終點,剛好在要轉進終點前看到老婆、兒子,於是當下決定抱兒子宥勝ㄧ起進入終點(我想這樣會搶很多底片唷),總算完成這一場南橫經典120k賽程(以後可能不辦這個系列)!感謝老婆Wuwu Szu Szu辛苦幫忙帶兒子宥勝到處逛還要在終點等,也感謝大叔練跑小團夥伴們一起來挑戰,有你(妳)們真好(´▽`)
