前3三小時都還在我設定每小時9K的速度上~
不過真的因為九月十月練習量太少了...
以至於跑到33K時候,開始抽筋~
這場補給真的有夠爛的...
第一站跟第二站距離太遠,到第二圈的時候~就開始肚子餓了...而且連個巧克力都沒有!!!!只有香蕉、水跟運動飲料
真的有點太扯...距離還塊多出一公里= =
明年不會再報這場比賽了!!
