今天休假所以可以早一點去跑步,原本今天想跑個半馬後來跑到17-18K覺得好累所以沒有達到自己預設目標,最近總是跑得好累,沒有什麼力氣,可能是工作壓力太大吧!雖然跑得很累還是要繼續跑下去,為了自己得健康及能吃更多的好料,加油!
