| 2016最後一馬,一早就有預感今天應該會蠻熱的,所以打算前面多跑點起來預備,剛開始狀況不太好,可能上星期的保生盃還沒恢復,前30K盡量維持在530,想說能撐幾K就算幾K,到了後段堤防,太陽越來越大了,好想停下來用走的,但心想這是自己離sub4最近的一次,不想要有遺憾啊~馬拉松比的真的是心裡的東西,心沒有放棄,身體就會跟隨!
