之前的肌肉疲勞可能恢復的情況不太好,所以13k雙腳就沒力了,雖然跑起來雙腳酸痛無力,好在全程無抽筋,這一次沒有當步兵,慢慢的就跑完全程了。雖然還是沒有破4,不過有破PB也算是值回票價。
賽前宣言: 跑完聚餐
賽後評分: 補給豐富,居民熱情,只不過早上的空氣不太好,今天又出大太陽,路線大部分沒有遮蔽,跑起來有一點辛苦。
