今日挑戰屏東縣萬丹鄉紅豆馬拉松
本賽事補給很多樣
除了平時看到基本補給品外
還有烤雞.紅豆冰棒.紅豆車輪餅.豆干.紅豆香腸.水餃.啤酒.貢丸...等,還有很多打不完,也吃不完,中途多吃水餃、紅豆冰棒、紅豆餅、甘蔗汁,害得有點不想早點跑回來。
這場記取林邊馬及許多跑友建議,前十溪不要衝太快,除了中途邊走邊吃冰棒、紅豆餅外,全程跑起來感覺不會太累,
也因為太貪吃了,無法跑進4H內。
賽前宣言: 來萬丹就是要來吃紅豆,不然要幹然。
賽後評分: 全鄉民眾扶老攜幼、樓上邀樓下,齊聚熱情加油
補給豐盛及富有當地名產紅豆食品、補給站又多
賽道具有鄉村特色、不虛此行,歡樂年終。
