高雄阿杜 第32馬萬丹紅豆馬完賽。
今天跟阿懶、深大、星爺一起戴聖誕老公公帽開sub310配速列車,加上波叔也來一起跑,好久沒這樣邊喇賽邊跑比賽了,好開心!
前半馬因為氣溫涼爽,配93分跑得還滿輕鬆的。可惜後半馬太陽公公上工後,氣溫飆升,比賽一轉成為烤肉馬,我的罩門又爆發了!去年阿公馬的陰影也重現!雙腳開始出現抽筋現象,勉強跟到30K就跳車了。過程中不斷想回頭看看舜哥和殘欸有沒有追上來(抖),兩度停下來在路邊拉筋,末10K盡力維持5分速不步兵,最後跟星爺一起牽手回終點,真是慘烈難忘的一役!
爆掉還能幸運領到分排好爽,而且還領了不少伴手禮回家當聖誕禮物。賽後大家一起聚餐,氣氛超嗨超開心,很特別的聖誕節,我喜歡!
