寶二慈善超馬。首先感謝慢跑社夥伴細心無微不至的用心,除了面面俱到的策劃,我還感受到濃濃的人情。12月17號挑戰極限的一天,早上參加由台積電慢跑社在寶二水庫所舉辦的45k超馬,事前練了幾次路線,真的是蠻硬的,跑ㄧ圈就很拼了居然要跑四圈。但是人總是要追求進步,而這次給自己的功課是,找到ㄧ種速度,讓上坡的時候不要停下來,實際跑下來前三圈上坡確實達成,路上遇到蠻多跑友都說你今天蠻快的,看來這種戰略是有些效果。到最後一圈突然被一個女生刷過去,旁邊的大哥說"她不快,刷回來!"可是貿然衝出去恐怕自己會先沒力,就埋伏在後方20公尺等待最後的長下坡,結果那個女生不是選手是水站的朋友XD,好險沒殺出去浪費力氣。最後到終點就如大家所見,愛人在終點迎接....。下午等加富哥,一度還想賴在家裡不想去新北耶誕城,加富哥還念了一串我都不認識的當晚表演歌手。最後出門免不了上下樓梯唉唉叫,到了現場居然是JJ,李佳葳,陳勢安!!飆唱了好幾首膾炙人口的經典歌曲,真是意外的驚喜。
