| 真的 只有累積沒有奇蹟,這場山路馬真的不輕鬆,前面7K跟英銓一起跑,因為喬弟不知跑到那去了找不到他,試著不去看錶的配速,讓身體告訴自己去跑,因之前跑阿里山馬,所以對山路不陌生,就照著自己的節奏跑出這場破PB的賽事,真的 平常的練習真的很重要
