上周腳腂痛剛好,想說這周都報名了又離家近近就跑跑看,那知今天15K左腳腂又開始痛,以為跑不完會棄賽,還好克服了自己的隋性和痛感,就慢慢跑吧,終場前1K多的陡上坡走得真辛苦,最後以5:40完賽,雖然辛苦還是挺開心。
