台北市Abby 我是跑馬界的後段班,簡稱慢腳。全馬往往跑到30公里後雙腳已經抬不高也跑不快,通常這時候前後差距不多的人也都逐漸步行,身邊越來越多人停下來走路這點很容易影響我,覺得反正跑不快那乾脆也一起走!意志力這麼薄弱放棄也是一念之間。
這次跑進後面21公里大太陽才出現,算是很幸運;更幸運的是最後7公里當身邊的跑者逐漸都走路或跑跑走走時,有一個跑者持續用不快(7~8分速)但是穩定的速度從我身邊跑過,絲毫沒被周遭走路的風氣影響持續以跑姿緩慢向前邁開步伐,眼見這一幕使本來在走路的我決定也跑起來,跟在後方追隨黃色夾腳拖然後我跑完最後幾公里。
當我想放棄的時候謝謝能夠看見這麼一位堅持的跑者,使我發現原來堅持是一件這麼帥氣的事情!
