賽前有點小感冒,本來預計430,不小心跑到420..
除了在補給站有停外,其餘上下坡全程用跑的.
途中遇到冬山河160k女總一與花蓮的跑友,很高興大家都完成這個很硬的山路馬..
賽後先去泡湯讓身體熱,再去吃大會準備的美食,遇到花蓮的跑友邊吃邊聊,這場評價很高..明年繼續報
