| 這場2016礁溪溫泉盃櫻花陵園馬拉松嘉年華是山路馬,賽前的預計規劃是就算路線再陡峭也要秉持全程不走的精神,都要給它跑起來,在意念配和行動徹底貫徹之下,最終時間03:48:22以SUB4完賽,比較去年完賽時間04:53:29足足進步一小時,真是開心!不過,賽程中,還是有小插曲,還好有驚無險的撐過了,就是在32K抵佛光大學前大坡段時,雙腳似乎有快抽筋的前兆,當下立即放慢速度撐到補給區,隨即趕緊補充能量及舒緩雙腳大約三到五分鐘左右,重整旗鼓之後,總算是得到緩解,開始順順的跑直到終點。最後,要特別感謝喵喵及碰皮於這場賽事中的補給,讓我有更充足的能量完成賽事,感恩! 賽前宣言: 來去玩玩囉! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
