| 前三馬都是在腳傷的狀態下去跑,自然就沒有好成績,經過大半年的休息,原本很期待這場能跑出好成績的,前半馬均速還在520左右(上了兩次廁所,綁了兩次鞋帶),24k後開始走鐘了,逆風…33k走更大的鐘,大逆風…風大逆風好冷,藍瘦香菇……
只能說自己真的練不夠,跑步沒有奇蹟只有累積,遇到逆風別人還是沒有減速,我確開始大減速……唉…
跑完感覺體力真的還有,只是雙腳真的不聽使喚了…
