雨中跑完了!
6點起跑開始衝衝衝,穩穩的衝到28公里補給站後轉入長北路要連續上坡6公里啊(真的是爬坡又"長"又靠"北"的)了,31公里後開始啟動步兵模式,走走走,走很大,再起跑時差一點抽筋,只好在調整一下,結果娘子就跑遠去囉。
自己慢慢跑得跑,愛跑客也出現在我後方一小段路他就刷卡上去,我再龜到34公里,終於開始下坡囉。
加一點速度不敢用力衝,怕抽筋,最後在不知道幾公里時後追到娘子了。
接下來大腿偶爾給我來一下要抽筋的感覺,只能降速維持它直到進終點!
可惜這一次沿途的美食都沒有享用,只有補補水。
最後一站全家前的烤山豬肉終於讓我停下來配個啤酒,多喝二口就被4:30的配速員(哈,他們提早進站了)刷過去。
賽後當然是去找雁姐拍拍照,天冷,閃人啊。
結論是練不夠,繼續努力。
