高雄九紋龍 高雄九紋龍 2016屏東國道慈善馬拉松.全馬42k/4:24:50完賽..我的人生第7馬.最輕鬆好跑的馬.但個人的狀況確非最佳..前21k完成時間是1:56左右(輕鬆節奏跑)後21k就開始有些許狀況了.27k內心的惡魔一直擾亂我意志力.左腳也因磨擦.腳趾疼痛不已.但我氣還足夠腳力還滿滿....但還是撐不到30k當了步兵.我家的神力女超人滿哥也在這時超越了我.當然我是不希望她再為了等我而浪費了好成積.要她先跑別等我(滿哥果然厲害.拿下分1還破了她個人PB).看著手錶計算著時間謀略著戰術跑..跑走跑走約3公里.讓我接著跑起來了!趁著這勢頭.心裏期待著追四無望或許能破PB.運用閃痛跑姿咬著牙不敢停腳.跟著麥克一直跑~補給站都大口吞食減少停歇(38k補給太棒了.讓我連吞5杯啤酒耶)終點前2公里看到了ZIV大砲俊瑋哥~哇操.突然精神來了.腳跑的更大步了.但手錶的時間和距離似乎不太夠...心想再加把勁吧.管他會抽筋刺痛...衝吧~~終點前200公尺.上天似乎和我心相連了.突然下大雨了.我的心也下大雨了....時間已超過4:22了.......進了終點.全身都濕了.心裡罵著惡魔.下次你再出現試看看~最後段的努力跑跑的我完賽了還忘了關手錶.所以時間有點誤差...PS這馬真的路線好跑.沒曬到啥太陽.頂多曬到5k左右吧.補給也很豐富.有啤酒真的好好.缺點在於紅綠燈管制方面.跑者要跟接的上前面.離太遠就會被擋下等車流~不過也還好 賽前宣言: 目標完賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 121~147 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 147~166 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 166~172 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 172~182 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 182~187 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為187 點此去設定最大心率 |
