前半段跑得有點快,以致於後半段力不從心,心率160,只得放慢速度或當步兵,降到150左右在繼續跑,就這樣跑跑走走到終點,以往我跑時天氣都濕濕冷冷,今天到後段就有點熱,成績比前年慢了約20分,只能說訓練不足,聽一位同桌70多歲大哥說他可跑345,波士頓馬絕對有資格,月跑量約400K以上才有這樣成績,聽了只能望塵莫及,佩服這位大哥。
這次辦桌馬菜色相當豐富,大會說是海霸王等級辦的,跑完還可吃豐盛的午餐,我們這桌只有5個人到,使得吃得很撐,吃不完還打包回去,艋舺馬是有相當好得口碑,最大特色就是賽後有辦桌可吃,犒賞累得半死的跑友,吃完很期待下一次的到來,明年再見。
