傷後第二場賽事,第一場全馬,完全不知道該抱著怎樣的心情參加,但希望能不留遺憾地盡量認真跑,因為不想面對比去年成績差太多這件事.. 因為峽谷內GPS定不到位,大會里程又亂擺一通,索性就不看錶,專注自己的腳步跑著,回到終點按錶時看到時間是3開頭時以為自己眼花,看到50幾分才驚訝的發現自己居然跑了個sub 4!!! 完全出乎意料之外!!! 根本沒想過非平路馬(雖然太魯閣不算山路馬)能夠破4,而且是因傷大半年沒認真練甚至從頭開始來過的情況下跑出來的,超級意外! 這也驗證了重訓的重要性呀!! 雖然跑不多,但重訓讓肌力成長真的幫了大忙!
